    Reason: Communication issue

    I ran a load from Arvin Ca to Ontario Ca 150 miles away when arrived to receiver they refused load because product didn’t have labels so I called broker and told me to hold on he was going to check with customer , by that time receiver told me they were done for the day that they had to reschedule so I called and emailed the broker but didn’t answer, so finally I reached after hours and they couldn’t help me the broker had went home and left me stranded, so I told after hours and broker through email that if I didn’t have a response I was taking back load to shipper another 150 miles away and was going to charge them double, they refused to pay original pay rate they only issued a tonu, lost out time fuel and revenue never working with them again!

    Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

    We did a load from Highlands, TX to Glen Dale, WV for Fitzmark, tanker endorsed, loaded and secured by shipper, my driver was not allowed on the dock. There were 2 totes on the back, and the rest of the load was boxes and buckets, lacking enough shrink wrap, that caused 12 pallets to shift. Fitzmark dragged their feet to find a solution, finally, almost at the of the day, we have been told to go 140 miles to Columbus for restocking, forcing me to pay out of my pocket $1300.00 restocking fee, 280 round trip miles and loosing 2 days of work, promising in emails and verbally to compensate all additional expenses, totaling over $2000.00. There was no harsh braking or driving events by the driver, ELD report was supplied. Fitzmark used power of abuse, forcing us to deliver the load without the updated rate document. After delivery, they just simply ignored my emails and phone calls. Looking at the other people reviews, they seem to have this pattern, causing their service providers hundreds and thousands of dollars in losses.
