Short pay $100, as tracking fee
load 1101365, got short-paid for a tracking fee stating that the Carrier gave the wrong truck information which was why the ELD data wasnât pulling like it should. we have provided the right truck number. our truck broke down on the road and we were on top of this situation and provided a sub unit asap (which was untraceable), but we have provided updates every time you guys have requested it. Do you guys think that is fair for us to be charged this tracking fee when we have done our best to replace the broken truck and deliver this load on time?
