We booked a load with AMW Express and immediately attempted to activate MacroPoint tracking. Our driver spent approximately 4 hours attempting to complete the tracking setup. We have screenshots confirming that no verification code was ever received during that time. Our ELD system is fully integrated with MacroPoint, and we regularly track with multiple brokers without any issues. This was not a refusal to track, it was a technical issue outside of our control. During those 3â4 hours, we repeatedly requested the rate confirmation from the broker but never received it. Meanwhile, the load remained posted on DAT, and the broker was actively seeking other carriers at a lower rate. After 4 hours without receiving a rate confirmation, the broker began yelling at our dispatcher and driver, accusing us of not intentionally accepting the tracking. He then stated he would deduct a $500 âno-tracking fee,â which was never disclosed or agreed to beforehand. To be clear: We never received a signed rate confirmation. We never refused the load. We made multiple documented attempts to activate tracking. No fee or penalty was disclosed prior to booking. The load remained publicly posted while we were waiting. The claim that we âbooked and canceledâ the load is inaccurate. Without a rate confirmation, there was no finalized agreement to cancel. Broker then posted unnecessary freightguard on our MC.

Broker cancelled the load on us after finding cheaper carrier to work with. Shipper confirmed they ship until 9 PM and our ETA was 7 PM. I called them. They asked us to get a trailer wash before pick up and set us back couple of hours cause the line was huge at a trailer wash. They cancelled the load on us saying shipper will not wait that long, shipper however said otherwise. At the end of our conversation broker started cursing at me in Spanish and hang up the phone. I sent out an email confronting the broker and they responded using the assist of chat GPT. Be careful booking a load with them.

KMS lied about their empty location and misrepresented their ETA to the shipper to book a load. Our customer requested we load by 4 PM, which was communicated at the time of booking and on the rate confirmation. The truck's ETA was closer to 7 PM. We had to recover the load at the last minute at a higher cost. The dispatcher cursed at our employee for taking them off the load. KMS thought they could show up whenever they wanted and not follow the loading instructions they agreed to and required. They claim it was the trailer washout that delayed them by 3 hours. They are upset that we removed them from the load due to their late ETA. Now they are writing false reviews.
