  NO DETENTION

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  Same day delivery load. Shipper loaded late, driver spent hours waiting, thus delivery was going to be late (this was all communicated to brokers, yes because they are a group of brokers not just one). Driver did his best and got at the receiver 19 minutes late, and also had to wait for hours (again this was communicated to all brokers). When detention was requested, they denied it because the driver arrived late at delivery, of course, this because of the shipper. Also detention at the shipper was denied even tough the driver arrived an hour early. DO NOT take same day delivery loads from them. They think semi trucks have wings! Also they start calling and emailing at 5am the day of the load. The driver needs to be on time, they basically harass you all day asking about t he driver and status, you communicate with them and at the end they decide to NOT pay for the driver's time. Avoid them!

  dishonest broker

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  Just dishonest broker. Broker by the name Robe Robertson screwed up and did not tell us that receiver was not open on Friday. Robbie was nowhere o be found all day Friday when we found out that we can't get offloaded. Then on Monday Robbie came up with BS stories about delivery appt, then that company was open but only until noon etc etc. Just not someone I would suggest doing business with.
