We will no longer be booking loads with Allen Lund. Their current practices involve negotiating rates and subsequently imposing excessive fees for tracking or scanning non-compliance. Their instructions span 17 pages, and any deviation results in additional charges, which are unreasonable. To protect our operations and maintain fair business practices, we are implementing a hard stop on booking with Allen Lund.

i/ve been booking loads with Allen Lund since 2018, never had major issues or any sort of critical situation, there is always someone tot talk to to take care and resolve things

Allen Lund Company, Inc., Gave one load to two different carriers. This is 3rd time a carrier reports Allen Lund with such a practice. Friday 3 PM Pickup, driver got to the pickup just to find out from security guard that the load was just picked up by another carrier. Due to this issue, the truck did not move until Monday.
