  Absolutely the worst

  Reason: Dispatch Performance

  The dispatch person I talked to was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. I completely regret using this company. Got a bid from this company on veritread and the had a ton of great reviews and now I absolutely believe the were A.I. Thursday I accepted their offer. On Friday I received a call he had absolutely no phone etiquette but it was just basic info. Mind you Fridays are my day off. I dropped my kids at school went home to take a shower and I received a ton of calls (6 calls) and when I noticed I call them and this is how he answered the phone. "I CALLED YOU 15 TIMES!!" No Hi my name is, no this is who I am with, nothing at all but "I CALLED YOU 15 TIMES!!"...so I said my name and he said I can have it there by this afternoon. I proceeded to tell him "I am sorry but my son has a doctors appointment I will not be there." He then told me he is already on his way to pick it up. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SCHEDULE A DRIVER BEFORE CONFIRMATION ON THE DAY. I told him I am sorry but I cannot today he said I will call you back then offered Saturday around noon. I called a few people and got someone who could help him offload and be her. Saturday comes around 12:18pm no delivery so I just figured maybe he is in traffic (with are tampa area in Florida traffic is awful) So I gave them all call just to get a better ETA and his reply was he is coming on Monday. I asked was there and reason and he said YES and that was it. This was absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. If it wasnt for the fact that I figured if I would cancel with them that I wouldnt get my deposit back and that poor driver wouldnt get paid I would have done it. I would absolutely advice NOT to go with this company.

  Cheap a** freight, severe rate gouging

  Reason: Unreasonable chargeback

  Horrible broker. Not only do they have some of the cheapest rates in the industry, but they gouge you ridiculous amounts for very minor infractions, i.e they tell you a customer requires you to wear PPE, but you get to the customer and most of them dont even have PPE on themselves, so you dont put all of it on either, then they egregiously dock you, taking more than half the load pay. I understand taking $25 or $50 for something small, but these guys are straight up crooks. Stay far away from these ***holes.

  This broker is really horrible .

  Reason: Double Brokerage

  This broker is really horrible . They book me for a load few months back to go pick up I’m there and I found out there is another driver there to pick up the same load . Mind you I just booked the load while on the road driving there 1 hour away . I call them back and they say the load is not yours . I find that out after I get there to pick up . I was upfront about my arrival and everything . The guy at aig with his accent (European ) most likely . He yells at me and says load is not yours ! And then just hangs up . I call the manager at aig and they do nothing the guy still works there and everything . I call today for this load below posted today and find out on the phone they can’t work with me because of the issue last time . And the guy today says it’s part of business . He’s covering for mistake last time because he found someone cheaper and sent him to get my load . He says it’s part of business . Bull crap you don’t book rgn trucks to go pick up then cancel on them because you found someone cheaper !! That’s not how you do business and if you do slimy stuff like that you should call me and let me know I sold the load to someone else , stop driving there . 100 miles . Call them and let them know to stop treating truckers bad 415-236-1006
