Reason: Canceled After Accepting Load
Load Cancelled After Booking and Re-sold Booked the load at 1:00 PM PST. Driver was en route and about 10 miles away from the shipper by 3:30 PM when the broker called to cancel. They reassigned the load to someone else at a cheaper rate. Now theyâre not paying me the TONU, and Iâm getting no response. Iâve tried calling and emailingâno help whatsoever.
