  Very Rude, Unethical, Argumentative, Tried to get me to Run illegally after-hours With Oversize Load!

  American Transport Group, LLC Jose Broker is the worst broker I ever run across! Disrespectful, disregards public safety, argumentative, hangs up and ignores any concerns you have by saying can you do the load or not! They will find a sucker to do it knowing it’s illegal! Instead of Josie following FMCA rules and telling the customer over dimensional loads cannot be done until 30 minutes before sunrise, he thinks it’s right to have oversize loath running around downtown Dallas at 4 o’clock in the morning!

  refuse to pay

  Reason: Payment issues

  We successfully hauled a load for them without any issues, yet they refuse to pay and are now 60 days past their agreed 15-day payment terms. They have provided no explanation, no reason, nothing, offered no resolution, and are unresponsive to calls and emails. Such unethical practices only increase costs for everyone in the industry.
