We had a terrible experience with ETERNITY SOLUTIONS LLC on load #83776, a shipment from Southern California to Las Vegas. The broker was unprofessional from the start, leading to significant delays, extra costs, and unfair deductions. Initially, the broker confirmed we could pick up the load until 6 PM. After we accepted, they sent the load details but then informed us we needed to print the Bill of Lading (BoL) ourselves—something they hadn't mentioned upfront. We explained we had no printing facilities available and asked to be removed from the load or provided with a location to print plus $50 compensation for the hassle. They refused to compensate but insisted we proceed, so we printed it at our own expense and arrived at the pickup (PU) site by 4:40 PM. The loading process was a disaster: it took 10 hours to load, finishing at 2 AM. The load was supposed to be 12 pallets but ended up being 45 pallets, far exceeding expectations. This caused major delays. The original delivery appointment was at 8 AM, but due to the extended loading time, we informed the broker our driver would arrive around 2:30 PM instead. Upon arrival at the receiver, they rejected the unload because the BoL was incorrect. The broker instructed us to attempt delivery the next day at 5 AM. We arranged a local driver, but that fell through due to availability issues, so we sent one of our own drivers who arrived at 2 PM. Again, the receiver refused due to the faulty BoL. The broker suggested trying again at 5 AM the following day, showing a complete lack of understanding or urgency. Our team member Denis intervened, refusing to send any more drivers until the broker provided a corrected BoL that the receiver would accept. After much back-and-forth, they finally issued a new BoL, and we delivered successfully on Saturday at 5 AM with driver Sergio. Now, the broker refuses to pay the $250 re-delivery fee we incurred due to their errors and has deducted $250 from our payment for "late delivery"—despite the delays being caused entirely by their mismanagement, incorrect paperwork, and poor communication. This is unethical and has cost us time, money, and resources. We advise other carriers to avoid working with ETERNITY SOLUTIONS LLC to prevent similar issues.

Very bad on your part to publish the review with half the information, Since you started it let me put everything out and let others decide who is wrong. We called the guy who booked the load named Ciprian ,he gave me his phone number along with the drivers Johns number which they didnot bother to answer and showed up at the shipper when there was no one to load them ,that too on saturday. After not getting any response from Ciprian or the driver an email was sent not to dispatch the driver as they will not be able to load you guys at 8:46AM PST Eugene Hincu emailed me saying he didnot get any calls ,Ciprian and john were called and how would i know who is Eugene and his number showing as Director of Complaince on the email i recieved. Load was picked up by another carrier on Monday morning August 5th and no one has refused you for a TONU despite our fault at all. Your driver showed up around 11:45PM on saturday when the Cutt off is 12 noon. You called and said driver will be there before 10AM PST Regarding TONU we have mentioned in the rate confirmation its $150 not $250 as per demand made by Eugene Hincu. And you are emailing our owner to pay $250 when you would have called me anytime. Kindly find all the attachments attached

Load # 44642 booked with Bobby Anderson bobby@eternitylogistics.co - Unethical business practice: The truck got to the pickup in time as per agreed appointment, just to find out that the load was sold to other carries and was picked up 3 hours earlier. More than that, broker is refusing to pay TONU. Brokers communication process is also something that needs improvement.
