U.S. Xpress Logisitics/ Xpress Technologies Broker: Luis Pavon Sold us a load with a 3 day drop trailer. Facility wanted to keep trailer over a month and stated the broker new that they work off FIFO basis and they can not get a trailer unload in 3 days. There was literally 540 trailers ahead of us to be unloaded. We lost 2 weeks of work before we decided to get cops envolved and go get our trailer our self because they just kept giving the run around! Now they are wanting to put are company on hold due to “compliance “ which is a lie and not pay us! We have reached out to mule people at the company and no one is answering or returning our calls.
