Hauled a load for them from TN-IN and there was a lumper fee, contact the brocker ( KARIM) but got no answer and also from the company phone number after couple hours they answered and I was told to pay and theyâll reimburse the fund, I finally got the new RC with the lumper fee included yesterday after going back and forth with the broker for over a month. Will never work with them again even if they the only one who has a load in the DAT. I donât know how they are still in business. Bunch of unprofessional people.
