  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  This broker is very unproffesional, I sent my driver 220 miles to pick up the load, product wasn't ready and the broker didnt want to pay TONU. Really bad communications. Please avoid this broekr in the future.

  Reason: Canceled After Accepting Load

  Extremely disappointed with Kingpost. They scheduled a load for Saturday, and my driver drove three hours to pick it up—only to arrive and find out that the load had been moved to Monday with no prior notice. There was no communication whatsoever, and I had to call over ten times before anyone even answered. This shows a complete disregard for our driver’s time and effort. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

  DETENTION

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  was delayed over 7 hours at the shipper and 8 hours at delivery. Despite fulfilling our obligations, compensation for this detention has not been honored. They won't respond no matter how many times you write them. If you call, each operator will respond with either "will forward you to the right broker" and no one answer OR "please give us some time to look into this and get back to you", you will hear NOTHING back. This situation is unacceptable and directly impacts our operations.
